What is this culture? I legitimately don’t understand what’s happening in this song or this video. This is one of her better songs (from 2010), but if this is the sound of the future of hip-hop, then I’m sticking to my ‘urban hood’ music. The sad part is, I can totally see this genre being marketable even with the awful production. Home girl’s talent is wasted on these beats and I can see her being a bigger deal if she were to ditch this sound.
